Due to the transparent nature of The Forrester Wave™ criteria and evaluation process, it is one of the most trusted sources in technology providers analysis.

This Forrester New Wave involved four key players: Forrester analysts, research associates, vendor executives, and vendor customer references to help inform the rankings. The detailed evaluation process included: an executive strategy briefing and/or product demo session; an in-depth criteria questionnaire; and customer reference calls and surveys. The Forrester Wave graphic places vendors in one of four ‘waves’ – Challengers, Contenders, Strong Performers and Leaders.
